Hello

Hi everyone! My name is Ray and I have gained a lot of weight in the last two years. I joined MyFitnessPal awhile ago but never took it serious enough. For the last 25 days I have been posting in my dairy everything I eat, whether it was bad or good, and I have noticed a substantial difference in my eating habits. I am posting in this forum to make new fitness friends to help keep me accountable.

    Sounds like you're really on your way now! For me it's all mental. When i get my head right the rest falls into place.
