    1. I'm in a slump lately, but I'm trying to pull out of it.
    2. I'm finally cleared to exercise again, but I've put it off the last 3 days because I'm nervous/making excuses.
    3. Sometimes I buy fitness gadgets, etc. to try to motivate myself to do the things I should.
