Lchf stall

Lost 80+ in last year but stalled since November. Been lchf with less than 20 carbs total.
Yesterday ate anything, even if off plan. Did it intentionally, even though foods definitely were NOT as I remembered. Hoping high carb will reset me...not sure what else to do (never had any changes to cause stall). Thoughts...words of wisdom? Thanks

Are you in a calorie deficit?

So I'm not low carber but after 80 lb loss you calorie intake will be less. Have you adjusted your calories?

High carbs won't reset you - if anything you are retaining water (glycogen stores). Weight loss is about CALORIES. To stop a stall be very accurate in your logging. Do you use a digital food scale? Double check your diary selections. There is a lot of garbage in the database.

How long have you been stalled?

If you have been stalled since November (as in no weight loss), it sounds like you might not be in a deficit any longer.

As you lost weight, did you ever adjust your calorie goal? As we weigh less, we need fewer calories and the goal that had us at a deficit may actually now be what will cause us to maintain.

If you have adjusted your calorie goal, are you as careful with your logging? Sometimes when we're on plan for a while, errors can sneak into our logging.

Edit: I took a peak at your diary. When you have things like ".17" of a cup of cheese, how are you measuring that?
