All of the above remain true. It either doesn't work or it contains something dangerous and illegal.

    Is this it?

    https://www.nutritionwarehouse.com.au/hydroxyburn-shred-neuro-thermogenic-by-body-science-bsc.html

The only thing in there i can see that may help for energy is the caffeine, you can get the same effect from drinking strong black coffee. I wouldn't risk putting this stuff in my body.

ETA: Pay no attention to the "stellar" reviews, they are most likely BS and written by the company.

The name is sure clever marketing, has all kinds of neat keywords in it. But it's still garbage.

Here's a tip when it comes to fat burner "supplements": If it works, it's not legal; if it's legal, it doesn't work.

The one pill that actually increase your calorie expenditure is a poison and can be fatal.

Anything from a shop will not have any real fat burning effects.

They're own product claims should be enough to turn you off. They attribute increased energy and metabolism to caffeine and green tea...

"Green Tea, one of the favourite fat burners on the market, has been shown to increase overall calorie burn by up to 8% per day."

They claim this will give you an 8% increase in calorie burn per day. On a 1,200 calorie diet, that's about 96 calories per day. Holding all else equal, it would take over a month for that to generate an incremental pound of loss.

There's no magic here, just an expensive powder made of caffeine and green tea.

This. The form in which the product came isn't important. The ingredients it contains, and the fact that it won't work is what's important here.

Healthy and successful weight loss isn't about quick solutions that can be purchased online or at GNC. It's about maintaining a calorie deficit and losing weight in a slow and sustainable way.
