Lowest: 110 when anorexic and when my Crohn's is bad

Goal: At this point I'm not worried about my weight. Maybe I'll worry if I'll compete in lifting but right now, I'm good. Don't even own a scale anymore.
When I was 56 kg I was in bad shape... was a teenager and god forbid I did any sports.
Today I wear smaller clothes than I did back than, I look better and I'm in better shape. I'm just heavier. I blame the muscles lol.1 -

Goal: I'm honestly not sure. I frequently say 128-133 as my "maintenance range," but weight is funny to me. Keeping myself HEALTHY and not all screwy is definitely the most important piece, though!2 -

I'm still working towards goals, but much happier back to a mid-low range healthy bmi and body I recognise.1 -

HW: 104 kilos (229 pounds)- when I was 21 and majorly depressed
CW: 73.5 kilos (162 pounds)- have lost 3.5 kilos (about 8 pounds) and want to get down to 66 kilos which is 145 pounds

Highest Weight: 168.0 Pounds ~ Age 22 (172.0 Pounds if, I include the week that previously unknown water retention put; me into obesity but I don't because it wasn't fat since, I got rid of it within; a week & without, decreasing my; eating habits! In fact I, increased them because I was, depressed concerning; becoming obese & yet I still got rid of, enough weight to put me back into; the overweight category of under 169.1 Pounds!)
Lowest Weight 123.0 Pounds ~ Age 25 (This' why the, "Small Frame" mention matters because even at, this weight I; still looked overweight! When some, others my; height don't)
