I do calf raises while brushing my teeth.

I hop in place while at work when I'm waiting at the register. I also hype it up by doing a little boogie hop!0

Haha, I lift weights every day at work (in the form of chairs, tales and trays).... but that doesn't really count, does it? I do calf raises while rolling/polishing silverware.0

ab contractions while sitting in the car (helps your posture too).0

I don't know if it's really an exercise, but I randomly flex my calves all the time. Mostly because they're badass and I like the way they look.0

I lay on the floor while watching TV and do arm exercises with 5-lb weights, and throw in some ab work as well. Also, I do squats in the kitchen while waiting for the microwave. :happy:0

A slight or not so slight (depending who else is around) butt clench with every step while walking. Someone told me this was a good way to keep your booty firm years ago and I still do it periodically, and my bum is pretty darn firm for someone my age.0

I also face my fanny towards the wall and do butt clenches.
I balance on one leg while waiting in line.
