High carb meals with small fat?

Looking to bulk but finding hard to get in lots good carbs without eating small fatty foods. I'm 6'3 and 210poinds so need a lot of carbs

    We make burgers and baked sweet potato fries that are pretty low fat - just use low fat meat (chicken or turkey breast mince, or lean steak) for the burger, a little low fat cheese and don't add oil to the fries.

    its your general surplus of calories that makes you gain (fat and muscle) when you bulk. eating low fat wont stop that.

    What's wrong with fats? (other than trans-fats) Dietary fat is essential in producing testosterone. 0.5 grams of healthy fat per pound of lean body weight is what is recommended, especially if you're bulking. Healthy T levels = GAINZ

    Pasta with red sauce.
    Baked fries (you can add a little oil or not) soak in water before for a few minutes for a crisper fry.
    Smoothie
    Rice with a protein and veggies
    Beans and rice
    Oatmeal with fruit
