Fellow Waddlers

Is it always going to be a love/hate when you have leg day and you feel so strong but then have much trouble walking straight but also love feeling so tough but hard to look tough waddling all over town but then...
Yes this was meant to be a ..run-on. ;)

Guess I'd rather waddle for muscular reasons than fat reasons.

I think the worst is trying to get on and off of the toilet without feeling like your thigh might snap.

I like the stairs, feeling like an old person, hauling myself up and bracing on the way down using the banister, lol

Hahah true. I feel strong going up stairs but just straight walking I think my gait is like four feet wide haha

Most people can avoid debilitating DOMS by increasing training frequency.

This is accurate. I squat 3x, deadlift 1x, and train 5x a week. I'm 45 and I can keep pace with the intensity just fine.

the one i like is: there's this special gait people have after they finish a set of deadlifts and they take their legs for a little circular walk afterwards. i always thought that was just done for show, but come to find out it's an actual thing.

and i get to do it sometimes  i don't think anything i've done since i started lifting made me feel more of a badass than that.
