Got 10 reps at 80% of my max (65lbs lol!) but hey...I'm improving!2 -

I got my squats in this morning along with other leg day exercises!1

I have leg day tomorrow - I love a leg day on Saturday! Squats, lunges, ballet squats, calf raises, deadlifts, and throw in some triceps and shoulders for balance. Then maybe a nice long walk with the husband.1
