ICF? Which stands for Ice Cream Fitness? Haven't done it, but I know it's similar to Stronglifts 5X5, which was freaking AWESOME!!! You can check out Stronglifts at stronglifts.com and download the free app to track your progress, weights and workouts at the gym.
That being said, you still have to eat within your calorie allowance for the day to lose weight.

5x5 programs are great for muscle gain and total body strength because of all the total body lifts they employ. As quiksylver296 said, you'll still need to eat at a deficit to lose weight, the side effect of which is halted gains in the weight room. If you're not an experienced lifter you'll experience those fabulous noob gains, but may struggle to improve after a month because of a calorie deficit. Regardless, you'll feel fantastic six weeks in, whether you're gaining significant strength or not.1
