You can still eat the same as long as it fits your calories

Samething you would eat during the day just at night.

There are no special foods that nightshifters need to eat for weightloss and no special times that you have to eat either.

My daughter works nights, she has been trying to eat a good dinner (high calorie) before she leaves, then coffee during the night and a light breakfast in the morning. She just misses lunch, on those nights as there is never time anyway. If there is time she will eat a salad or whatever they order in.

Food is food! I like 'breakfast' foods for dinner, or eating leftovers for breakfast. Just be careful that you don't snack because you're tired from the shift change, that used to kill me.

Thank u, when it's the first night I feel like I'm eating 24 hrs. Normally feel sickish too if I eat what I normally have during the day at night! Just first night blues

Eat less the first night if you do not feel like eating. Look at a daily average for the whole week.
