Meal Plans for Weight Loss?

I really need to find a website that lists good meal plans or atleast a structured guide of daily food intakes so that I have something to stick to as a guideline for my weight loss journey. Can anyone help? Thank you!

Take what you eat now, reduce the amount to match the calories needed.
Slowly start replacing processed food with whole foods.

Don't change everything too fast. Simply start building the new healthy habits.

It sounds like you've been looking for a while, and found something. What is wrong with the meal plans you've found? What makes you think someone knows about a website that you haven't found yet, that has just the right meal plan for you? Do you know what you are looking for? If not, how will you know that you have found it? And how would you be able to tell if a plan/website someone gives you, has what you need?

Instead of confusing yourself further, I suggest these easy steps:
    1. Calculate/estimate your calorie need. This is pretty straightforward - your TDEE minus up to 1% of your total body weight per week as the ideal weight loss rate.
    2. Read up on what constitutes a healthy diet. There will be lots of different opinions, but also some general consensus. This is because eating well/healthy is complex (lots of combinations that can work), but it's not complicated (difficult). You have to think critically, and maybe experiment on yourself to find out what works for you, but that can be interesting and even fun.
    3. Decide what you want to eat and when. Write it down somewhere.
    4. Buy and cook that food, in appropriate amounts, and eat it.
    5. Assess and adjust as needed.

Try www.voome.com.au - AU$6.99 a week, meal plans, workouts, recipes and shopping lists and you can set your calorie intake and they'll adjust the recipe ingredients accordingly. You can also pay week to week so once you're comfortable with what you're doing, no need to pay anymore

There's no need to pay anything.

Just google meal plans for 1500 calories or what ever your calorie intake is.

+1 to what's been written, except the need to replace highly processed foods with less processed food. Just cut back some. If you need an idea of where to start, the National Institute of Health is helpful. Click through everything here:

https://www.eatthismuch.com is pretty good. It can generate a single day plan based on calorie and macro preferences for free. Longer plans and more options require a paid sub, but it's not necessary for the basic function, which is enough for most.

I use it when I'm busy and don't feel like doing brain work. It's best to learn how to handle your own food choices within your given calories and adapt them to various situations. This skill is of utmost importance, and not learning it now will make maintaining the loss much harder. It's okay to use something like this as an adjunct, but don't depend on this too much.
