Motivation

I know it's easy to loose motivation and be down on yourself about the whole road to weight loss. But just remember, we are beautiful no matter what. It has to be our decision to loose weight. I set little target goals for myself. I want to loose about 50lbs when I started, and I decided that for every 10lbs I lost I would do something special for myself. Whether if it's getting nails done or going to get new work out gear or something non food related!! It helps a lot! So far I've lost 18lbs and I'm excited for my next little treat! Keep it up everyone and don't lose that motivation!
