First cut, help :P

My first bulk is officially done and I'm at 62 kg.. Now I wanna cut down to about 52-56 kg or around 14-15% body fat.
But here's the problem.. I'm finding it very difficult to eat clean and get back into deficiency.
I'm eating around 1770 calories per day but I usually end up bingeing at night time so I'm at 2250 and it looks like that's my maintenance as I'm not gaining anything or losing anything.
So.. how do you start a cut? Where do I begin? am I eating to few calories or cutting back on them to fast?

Just to clarify, are you cutting this low for a short period like a bikini competition?
14-15% Body Fat is incredibly low for a woman, and dipping this low may impact your sex hormones negatively or have lasting effects on your endocrine system.
Anyways, the above advice is pretty good, but I would say you might be overestimating your lean body mass and unrealistic in how lean you want to be.2 -
I'm cutting down for a competition yes. My first one and I have no clue what I'm doing. I really should get a PT's help.0

You don't want a personal trainer, you'll want a coach with experience in prepping girls for competition. You'll also want a posing coach.
Be careful about coaches who advise water manipulation, VLCD, cutting carbs drastically, meal timing, etc. I would find someone who has experience prepping girls, and who uses solid advice like the above.4 -

You're welcome!
For reference i'm a personal trainer and i've worked with some girls who compete. I cannot even begin to tell you the nonsense i've seen on their "plans".
But i would start searching your area for coaches, reading their reviews, getting an idea about how they conduct themselves, etc.0 -

We don't have coaches where I live but we've got personal trainers who've specialised in fitness training and they're ridiculously expensive but might be worth it for the help.
Thank you guys for your advice. It's gonna be super helpful.0 -

Coaches may be expensive, but competing in general is expensive. Your health is worth investing in a good coach so you don't end up completely effed up at the end of your competition! Please do your research, and even consider putting off competing until you've worked out who you want to work with - there will always be competitions!2 -

This is so true. People don't realize how much a bikini, posing coaching, regular coaching, the tans, the makeup, the shoes, the bling, the hair, the competition and travel fees, etc.
Competing is super expensive especially if you're there to win.2
