From 287 to 131-back up to 175! Friends for this fitlife journey?!

Been a yoyo- as ya know it can be difficult. Recently(since this past summer Aug-Nov, I lost about 70lbs)
CW 175
GW 160(ish).

I feel great but just wanna lose a few more.
Looking for friends , motivators, ect.

  • I went from 205 to 277, then up to 230. Yikes! At 222 now and committed to seeing it through this time. Anyone can feel free to add me

    It's demoralising :(

    I went from 225 to 180 then back to 235 and now I'm at 215, I'm hoping that this time the weight loss will stick

    I see a lot of yoyo-ing on here and I'm one as well. I have come to the conclusion that diets of any kind don't work. At all. I track my food on here just to watch my intake of sodium and sugar. I am trying to eat intuitively to see if I can learn to read my hunger cues better and not eat when I'm not physically hungry. There are several good books out there on the subject. Good luck to everyone, but don't beat yourselves up.
