Oh boy! This one's going to HURT!! Long weekend out of town and totally {almost} didn't make good choices - too much bread, not enough water [almost none], and too many happy hours. Back to my routines ... I'll drop that travel weight pretty quickly - it still smarts having to log a gain, but brings me back to the reality that I can't venture too far from the path.

Only two weeks in, I doubt my ability to keep up, and my body's willingness to shed weight. Much to loose, and have failed before.
Though this time it feels like I've prepared well and have a husband supporting me.
Just take it one step at a time! Your body will shed the weight if you keep eating less than what your body burns. It may not happen every single week, but every positive choice you make will lead you in the right direction!
