Loose 15 lbs by may 31st

I want to start a spring cleaning challenge to clean our body, loose the extra pounds to gain muscle. I am setting a goal to loose 15 lbs by May 31st. It is roughly 3 months so 5 lbs a week. My strategy is eat right, log food honestly and excercise. This is going to start on Monday.
For this I am keeping few standard goals for every week and we can add extra challenge each week as we go forward.
So here are standard goals for each week
Goal 1 - 60000 steps in a week so 10000 a day with one rat day
Goal2- 8-10 glasses of water each day no rest day
I am currently on my standard goals but will start with challenge on Monday so who is going to join me. Let's do this. I am long time MfP user who keep going up and down and always struggle to loose weight but I always did it when I stick with it. So let's start this. We can put details in and this could help each other accountable. I am staring with this

    Hi Catherine.. just post the starting weight and Goal weight and you are in. I will make a separate group for this by tomorrow.

    Please copy paste the the last few lines each week and when you join also give staring weight and goal weight and something about your goals. Happy to see few friends here

    Cool I think we have enough. I am doing this first time not be in a challenge but create a challenge and need all your help. Please post any suggestions you have.
    Weigh in every Sunday and so standard goals
    10000 steps
    8-10 glasses of water
    This week's challenge
    Logging food all days goal is to stay under your allotted calories
    4-6 hrs of excercise logged in a week

    Tweak the plan as it best suits you.

    Any other suggestions are more than welcome. A little competition is always healthy so if we want to do it a two teams in a competition it would work better. I will form a group too for us so it's easy to find the thread

    Hi I'm patsy, my start weight is 155 and my goal weight is 140.
    I want to drink 8 glasses of water a day, eat more veggies and less red meat, sugar, and carbs. :)
