Heyo! I've been on and off of this for a few months, trying to change my lifestyle. Overall, I'm attempting to keep a consistent workout routine (lifting and cardio), while eating as cleanly as I can. I find that it's hard for me to keep this up as I'm a fulltime student with a job and many other responsibilities. I'm looking for friends to share tips, tricks, and lots of support. Hello katwen! New here myself. I've been around the block enough times to know that life gets in the way of healthy habits. The only hint I have to offer right now is to get a small note pad and pen and track every bite you eat. It's hard to imagine how much junk we stick in our mouths in a days time. Being a full time student, you should be well practiced at note taking.
