    Successes / struggles this week: I went out to dinner for my mom's birthday on Monday and messed up my whole week after. Not sure how I managed to lose weight, but I need to go grocery shopping so I can get back on track and continue to lose.

    Successes / struggles this week: I've been super good about keeping to my my calorie goals consistently for the first time in months! I still need to get a good exercise routine going again (only managing like 1x per week...not good.) but I'm feeling positive that I can do it. My Libra app is showing a downward trend for the first time since the Holidays! Yay!

    Successes/Struggles this week: Fell victim to the daily weighing lows this week as I dropped to 182 a few days ago but official weigh in day was 184. But happy to be back at the weight I was Jan 2016 and motivated to get keep on!

    Successes / struggles this week:

    Successes: I'm actually exercising! I've started walking again, which is one of my favorite exercises. I can't go very fast, or for very long due to bad knee joints, but I'm moving and exercising! Lost 2 pounds this week!

    Struggles: After reading a fellow diet friend's status about her scaling giving her conflicting readings, when she weighed herself several times in a row, I decided to test my scale. Low and behold, mine gave me inconsistent readings as well when I weighed myself 3 times in a row. After replacing the battery my scale now gives me the same reading every time. Unfortunately that means I haven't lost as much weight as I thought. At least I know my beginning weight was accurate, since it was done on my doctor's scale. My weigh-in info has been corrected.

    Finally got the scale to go down again. Last 3 weeks were 0 loss or light gain for muscle. Although I did loose 1.5
    inches on the waist and another notch on my belt last week, it was nice to see the scale go down this week.

    Success - I ate well all week and exercised for 20 minutes on 3 days.

    Struggle - I've eaten chocolate almost everyday! I also lost my routines on the weekend and yesterday indulged in a Sunday lamb roast (with gravy and potatoes) and a beer (such a hot day).

    I realised that what I thought I knew about weight loss was not really working for me any more and the loss I was experiencing was not enough for me to reach my goal. So, I joined a 30 day program that is working for me! It has totally changed the way I think, but it all started with this challenge, right here. I'm eating well and exercising daily and I look forward to hitting my goal next week!!

    Did a 3 day refresh shakes, fruit. Vegetables, and 2 healthy fats. Lost 4.2 pounds but gained 1 pound back by Monday. Glad to be eating more food and protein. Hoping to see the scale stay in the 120's but expect I am not done going up and down. Worked my tail off today.

    Successes/Struggles this week: Successes-I knew last week was too good to be true. I was hoping to only be up 1 lb at max but oh well. Lot's of factors this week. Wasn't eating very well and kind of slipped back into old habbits. At least I hit my goal number of times I want to go to the gym per week. Still possible to reach my goal for the month so I'm still shooting for that.
