Park at the back of the parking lot(2 bonuses-1 extra steps-2 always space)
Drink water/use the bathroom at the other end of the office, upstairs/downstairs.0 -
Check and see if a standing desk is an option! I have a sit/stand work desk and it spends 90% of the time in the standing position. From there I listen to music & dance or walk in place while I'm listening to something and working at the same time. I do have to wear my Apple Watch up on my forearm for it to pick up the step activity though, but I didn't have to worry about it with my FitBit one.0

I too have a full time desk job and find it hard to reach my 10,000 steps daily. When the weather is nice, spring/summer, I do walk on my lunch hour. Right now during winter months, not an option. I hate the cold0

My Fitbit Charge 2 has helped immensely. It reminds me every hour to get up & take 250 steps and while that won't get me to 10,000 during my workday, it does get me much closer. Just take every availability to walk as you can and you won't have too much trouble.0
