    there must've been a storm last night because we've officially lost a crewmember over the side of the boat :cry:

    skinnywithin has, for her own reasons, decided to withdraw from the challange, but i wish her well in her fitness journey!!!


    I've already posted on the Row main topic about it but if you guys know anyone looking to join now is the time. Ideally it would be nice to find someone who is consistant with their workouts (as in at least 5 days a week) and can commit to sending me miles everyday.

    Wednesday, 267 cals for 5.34 miles. I won't have any cals burned today because of surgery this afternoon, and probably the same for Friday.

    Kelley, you never responded regarding my miles while I was gone so I'm just going to post everything here.

    7/9 - 633 calories for 12.66 miles.
    7/11 - 541 calories for 10.82 miles.
    7/12 - 618 calories for 12.36 miles (and if this was a double day, then that's 24.72)
    7/13 - 487 calories for 9.74 miles.
    7/14 - 362 calories for 7.24 miles.
    7/19 - 530 calories for 10.6 miles.
    7/20 - 159 calories for 3.18 miles.

    The other days were 0 as they were either scheduled rest days or I was trying to enjoy my cruise. :laugh: I start lifting again tomorrow with the longer TF workouts so I should be posting better numbers. :smile:

    Thursday 480 calories= 9.6miles.

    Heading to the beach tomorrow for the weekend. I am not sure how much exercise we'll actually get in- we planned out a few beach workouts, but we'll see what happens.

    Thursday. I counted the walking I did before, and the light walking after. According to MFP, 413 cals for 8.26 miles.
