    If so I got 15.72 miles (786 calories) Double that for: 31.44 miles for Thursday July 14.

    No miles for Wednesday- had a shoulder injury from climbing and decided to rest.

    I have no idea what days are double days. I think Saturday is a triple day... but I'm not sure. I haven't really been keeping up with all the different challenges and what not.

    Saturday is triple day!!!!!

    What the heck is kidnap day?

    I burned 200 on the treadmill. not much but my legs are killing me fron Tuesday. Who knew a 10 day holiday could get you that out of routine! Especially since I waterskied and kneeboarded everyday!
