How low are we talking? Giving a calorie range, as well as any other things you want to include or exclude, will help people make specific, relevant recommendations...

    Super low (?)

    Skinny Taste.com
    Cooking Light.com

Just look up your favorite dishes and learn how to lower calories (somewhat).

Super low calorie......seems like super tasteless to me. I think extreme calorie reduction in recipes is going to be disappointing at best.

Spaghetti squash with sauce of your choice, and some sort of meat for protein. I like sausage, and turkey sausage browned/crumbled adds 50-100 calories depending on how much you use. Easily can create a filling meal for 200 calories or less.

    I LOVE this recipe:

    http://inspiralized.com/easy-bacon-shrimp-zucchini-noodle-scampi/

The recipe as shown is very flavourful and a little spicy (crushed red pepper flakes). I make it a little different each time. Sometimes I skip the bacon (I find the zucchini and shrimp both steam nicely without oil, and I use pre-minced garlic that comes in oil already). Also it would probably be fine with chopped zucchini instead of spiralized. Though the spiralizer was only about $20 CAD. I also usually put in lots of shrimp (like a whole bag for the frozen deveined deshelled raw shrimps ~340 g for 2 servings) :) And I use bottled lemon juice and skip the zest (maybe a little more lemon juice on the times that I don't use bacon). You could also try turkey or chicken bacon instead. Huh. It seems I've always forgotten the shallots/green onion too. Oh well still super good.

You can probably eat an entire zucchini with shrimp this way for approx 300 cals. It was my go-to dinner when I'd already mostly blown my calories for the day but still needed to eat something lol.

I suppose 200 calories could be a meal if your plan is several small meals a day. Basically you are looking at lean protein and very low calorie veggies.......

Add some diced chicken breast to this: http://www.skinnytaste.com/cauliflower-fried-rice/

Soup! Potato and ham is my favorite for being filling, hearty, but still low in calories and fat. I make it homemade, though. Store bought or restaurant soup is a recipe for disaster, usually (read labels, you might find prepared soup that's ok, but you've got to watch sodium and additives too).

i like lean ground turkey or chicken with vegetables. the meat ( raw 4oz) is about 160/170 calories and you can add as much vegetables as you want based on your calorie allotment.

I do about 300 calorie lunches, which is usually chicken thighs with some sort of sauce, and then vegetables with spices so they're boring. Check out the recipe section of the community, there's lots of similar threads there as well that may give you some extra ideas!

I love cooking ground turkey with onions and mushrooms. Then I add some pasta sauce and serve over baked spaghetti squash. If you haven't tried it, you need to. It's delish!

I eat the same boring stuff super frequently, but I'm a fan of 4oz of lean protein (usually chicken or a black bean burger patty) with 1/2 cup of carb (brown rice or sweet potato are my go-to) and 1 cup of veggies (green beans, cauliflower/brocc mix, steamed veggies, etc.) Usually works out to around 300 cals.

Soup. Whenever I make lentil or tomato soup it's usually around 100 calories a bowl.
