How is it that I exercise and track my food and gain weight and not lose any weight :(

    It's hard to trust what's written on the packages sometimes. For example, companies label it as 200calories per serving and it's actually 100calories more, still pass FDA . Not saying they all do that.

    Could it be that you are gaining muscles and it's the result for weight gain? Try measuring inches.

    How often are you weighing? When I started it would never change, or be one pound difference either way, that was weighing every day, and it fecked my head up...

    So I switched to weighing myself once every 3 months, and that's when I noticed the big number changes....
