How is it that I exercise and track my food and gain weight and not lose any weight

It's hard to trust what's written on the packages sometimes. For example, companies label it as 200calories per serving and it's actually 100calories more, still pass FDA . Not saying they all do that.0

How often are you weighing? When I started it would never change, or be one pound difference either way, that was weighing every day, and it fecked my head up...
So I switched to weighing myself once every 3 months, and that's when I noticed the big number changes....0 -

Muscle is more dense than fat.
When one loses weight, it's fat, muscle or water
Or some combination of the 3.1
