Winter Vegetable Soup!

I saw this on food network and tried it... this soup is top 5 for me! It has absolutely so meat anywhere and you don't miss it at all.

After you make it another step further you could take it is to blend it up it makes a good alternative to tomato soup.... especially if you're trying to hide he make from your husband hehe

This sounds delish. I'm going to try it this weekend. I've never met an Alton Brown recipe I didn't like. And they're always quick and easy. I love cooking and freezing soups. I currently have four kinds of soup in my freezer that I rotate for my work lunches. Here's an Alton Brown fave of mine that was shared by another MFP member.
