Hi there,
I'm a month in to my weight loss journey and am really just looking for some friends to help keep me motivated! After gaining weight in a relationship, the breakdown of that has given me the kick start I need to get myself together. I've been doing my new regime for a month so far and have already lost a stone. So I'm just here to see if anyone wants some mutual motivation, has any tips or just wants a chat!

I put on a stone in the last year because I just got really down about myself and my relationship. So now I've lost that I'm going the keep going down to my goal!
It's fine to put on a bit of weight in a relationship, just make sure you're still happy! (:0 -

As long as you are happy that's what matters. If it gets to a point where you're not then you've gone too far!
If they've gained weight too perhaps it's something you could do together? Going for a walk or a gym session together. Making little changes to dinners that literally halve the calories. My favourite one is to swap the tortillas you need for fajitas for romaine lettuce leaves! Cuts loads of calories out of the meal whilst still being delicious!0
