I do parts of it for my cardio. I've done both the cardio interval and plyo interval portions. It's tough- but what a great work-out! I can't help with the full program, I use P90X for my weight training.0

I am starting Week 7 today. It is definitely INSANE! You may want to throw things at Shawn T occassionally but you will love him for kicking your butt as well. I have been recruiting all of my friends to join me in this journey.

Yes. It's very high intensity and not for beginners. I am by no means new to exercise or high intensity and I found it tough to keep up. It's a bit tough on the joints because there is a lot of plyometrics involved. It's not something I'd recommend to people who haven't done any cardio/interval training for at least 1-2 months. Don't get me wrong, it's a GREAT workout. Some of the moves are tough but they get easier with each workout.0
