Low Carb diet here! Anyone else?

Been 2 weeks on low carb diet. Would love to know anyone on low carbs.

Im cutting back on sandwiches at lunch and sticking to salads and no carbs for breakfast. Just baby steps here. Oh and I haven't had a sugary drink in 2 weeks. Carbs in moderation, no ever kill tho, they are dangerous and addictive2

Same here....carbs from fruits, veggies and a little dairy but that's about it!2

I'm starting KETO next week. Let me know how you guys have found low carb diets!

I have been eating a combination of Paleo and Whole30 for over a year and I'm down 40+ pounds. Would have been more, but I quit smoking in the middle of it and gained a few pounds back at the time.

Been doing KETO since Jan 30 and have lost 16lbs to date. Go on amazon.com and order ketosis testing strips called SmackFat. You can test to make sure you're in keto and experiment with carbohydrate-enriched foods to see what pushes you out of ketosis. High sugar fruits (oranges, grapefruit, apples) kicked me out within 2 hours.0

Back on low carb. Lost 6lbs. Was down to 216 and hurt knee at gym. Shot in knee put me up to 248. What a set back since just last june.I haven't been this weight in 3 years! I knew better. No running on tread mills and absolutely no more cortisol shots! Won't give up. Standing firm on this.2
