On February 1st I started eating healthier and stopped drinking soda. On the 1st I weighed in at 178lbs and yesterday I weighed in at 171lbs. I'm a mother of 3 little ones. I'm trying to get healthy and reach my goal weight (135) by September.

Soda is the hardest thing for me to quit! I replace it with those sparkling waters for a while but now here I am back on the soda train. Blegh, liquid satan. Good luck on your journey!0
