    Lemon chicken with roasted cauliflower and zucchini.

    6oz chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 tbsp sesame oil, broccoli, califlower, onions with coconut amino, and sriracha.

    Banza quinoa pasta shells, cooked in seasoned up water to make a sauce and thickened with a bit of butter. Mixed with frozen veggies. Downed with a couple of ounces of wine. Biding my time for some ice cream for dessert.

    Deer meat burger with no bun. Add tomato, ketchup and mustard. Side of sweet potato fries

    Rice with chicken, broccoli and cheese sauce. Not separately. You put chicken and broccoli in a pan and pour cheese sauce on it. You cook it in the oven for a while and then dish it out over rice. I'm saving most my calories for it.

    That was supposed to be yesterday (which is the day you originally asked), but something came up so that we ended up eating late, so I just stopped off and got an antipasto salad.
