I just made a chicken & white bean chili, with garlic cheddar biscuits! So excited for dinner! I love trying new recipes that have a tonne of veggies and are overall healthy (with a sensible portion of the unhealthy stuff on the side), so let's all share what we're having tonight!

Maybe it'll even inspire someone to cook instead of ordering a pizza!

    I'm not sure yet, but it'll probably end up being my take on pasta bolognese. Calories will be around 450 for that dish. I might have some homemade veg soup too.

    We're making homemade pizza, and I'll probably have a banana beforehand so I won't eat toooo much pizza and go over my calories :blush: . I work most evenings (from home), so I usually have coffee with dark chocolate for dessert while I'm working, and getting miles in on my treadmill desk :smile:

    We are making a simple stir fry, frozen chicken and veggies and a simple sauce. Makes weeknight cooking manageable, some days are just too crazy for cooking from scratch.

    Sick as a dog. Managed to eat a 3 oz eye of round with hp sauce, mixed veggies and a 85g salad with balsamic. Bagel this morning. Only got 700 calories in me today. This is brutal.

    Banza quinoa pasta shells, cooked in seasoned up water to make a sauce and thickened with a bit of butter. Mixed with frozen veggies. Downed with a couple of ounces of wine. Biding my time for some ice cream for dessert.
