Hello everyone I'm new to this and I am looking to loose 20 Pounds any help would be great

    Meal prep. Knowing what to eat is half the battle and the other half is sticking to it. Having your meals planned out helps a lot. Give it a try

    Count those calories and it will fly off. I have done 16lbs in 6 weeks with a combination of calorie counting and excercise. All the best.
