    Success/struggles of the week: I'm trying to clear out my food before I move out of my living space this summer so as to not have food go to waste, but there always seems to be something new, cheap, and/or tasty for sale. MFP's Food and Nutrition and Recipes boards give me so many ideas. Haha. I'll see how I manage this week, and if I need to, I'll start meal planning.

    Success/struggles of the week: I had a few low activity days this week because of the weather, but I still did good with my eating. I am down a bit from last week, but still in my range so I think I'm ok. So far I will have a week or so that I think I'm maintaining and then my weight will drop so it remains to be seen if this is maintenance, but I am hopeful that I will be able to maintain here and not drop any further.

    Success/struggles of the week: Gluten is evil. Avoiding gluten is hard. Took me 3 weeks but I think I have gluten completely out of my system and am feeling good. Ran a Cupid 5k Saturday with a friend, complete with chocolate, and gave away the piece of chocolate that contained pretzels. I'm becoming a gluten natzi, but that's what has to happen.

    Took about 8 months to lose
    Maintaining for 3 months
    Would like to stay within 148-153 lbs range for now. Maybe eventually try to go down a little more or aim for recomp.

    Success / struggles of the week: same hings mostly, working on cravings control at night. Also, my weight goes up on Mondays usually after eating out on the weekend, and then it takes a few days to go to normal, but since I'm not averaging it over the course of a week, I'm kind of stuck reporting higher numbers. Well, i guess it's my own shortcomings. Not much exercise last week either, and the weather is beautiful, just time constraints.

    Maintenance weight range: 137 - 142lbs (although aiming to lower this range a little over time so that 140 is my max)

    Average weight recorded for January: 141.9lbs (not bad since I started the month at 144lbs!)

    Success/struggles of the week: All Ok this week and my trendweight is gradually coming back down nicely. I've also done well exercise-wise this week. Excitingly, I have a PT session booked for this evening to look at how I can progress further with lifting - really looking forward to that!

    @icemom011 Why don't you just swap to reporting your weekly weight on a Friday instead? I'm exactly the same - my weight is always up on a Monday as a result of the weekend, so even though I record my weight daily I only "officially" count it on a Friday - it really helps psychologically! :)

    Success/struggles of the week: Back on a better routine of more sleep, exercise and tight logging. Can already see the visible changes after a few days.

    More travel upcoming but once that's over I'll have a good few weeks of normal routine to break back into my target range.

    Ran every day this week with the warm weather which was really great to do in February.

    Hello all,

    I've posted next month's thread before I forget to do so because I have a big event coming up this week. Hope to see all there once we've completed this month together. I've also noticed that most are breaking even this month. I'm yet to weigh myself. If I don't forget My final weigh in for February is on Monday.

    Success of the week: I'm late checking in. I put my weight in from today for last week, and will just do it again this Friday for this week. It's been rough, lately. I cut too hard and over-exercised trying to cope with Christmas, and I finally wore out from it and switched to eating TDEE for a little while. Trying to keep to a max of 15-20K steps a day and learn to be content with what calories I get from that.

    FIL had a stroke, and I went to stay with him for most of school break. I pre-weighed and measured some food I packed, but I guessed at the rest, and since I am still terrible at sizing up portions I expect my weight will go up somewhat. (And also from glycogen.) Letting go a little from the control of the scales and the Fitbit.

    Going to try to focus more on strength training and hunger cues, and still looking for that hobby.
