If I had known that my 3 cups of coffee this morning and my 2 tuna sandwiches for lunch was 99% of my calorie allowance today... I would have skipped the sandwiches!!! eek!!!

That is O.K. You should still eat a healthy dinner. Go for a walk or do some exercising.
I noticed you take the sugar free creamer in your coffee. I was a vanilla creamer freak and tried both the fat and sugar free versions. Now I drink it black becuase I didn't like all the artificial stuff. I splurged and bought some creamer the other weekend but it did not taste as good as I remember. So black coffee it is!!

Ouch, did you buy the sandwich somewhere? Home made can be much healthier and more controllable.

it's all good! Every day is a new day.

Get some work out calories back and go from there!

    Good luck!

What do you put in your coffee?

I trained myself to use only a tablespoon of creamer in my coffee; and I have 2 cups. If you could tolerate just a splash of nonfat milk then it would be even less calories!

A lot of dieting is trial and error, not sure how long you've been at it. But, now you know not to either make your tuna sandwiches that way or not to buy them wherever you buy them from :) I had a tuna sandwich and the calories are much lower since I control exactly how much of what goes into them.

    Keep on trying!

I could not help but view your diary 900 calories for 2 sandwiches what the hell was in them thats totally mad are you sure it was right??? My homemade tuna sandwich mix which is enough to do 3 sandwiches and contains all sorts (tomato, olives mayo) is only 230 calories so that's only 77 calories per sandwich
