High on carbs

Hi. I've just started logging my food on Monday. But so far according to the graph, I'm over on carbs. But due to exercise under on calories? Anyone got any advice?

    What is over, what is under, are you talking percentages or amounts, and have you adjusted your goals manually? Are you logging everything after weighing and checking if the entry you are uisng is correct?

    Don't sweat it too much yet. It takes some time to get used to hitting your goals. Look at the foods with the highest amount of carbs and maybe find alternatives to them. For example, I have found a low carb tortilla that helps me stay in my goals when I have low carb days, I replace bread with them for my lunch sandwich.
