2. C25k is a great program.. I started with walking to help me with my weight loss, I went from walking to running etc.. now I run all the dang time...lol
3. And that sounds delish.. enjoy!
1. Treadmills make my legs feel funny when I'm done.
2. I love to walk and with the right shoes can walk for hours.
3. I'm allllllmost to the point in my weight loss where I think running won't hurt my joints too badly. I'm eying a 5k in August to sign up for. It's a foam glow night run. Goals.
1. You get used to this.
2. I personally detest the treadmill in all its glory. lol Get you the right shoes, this will make or break your walking and running.
3. I did a pajama run last fall, called the Moonlight Dash 5k it was awesome!!
eta on the shoes, get your gait tested and get your local running store to fit you in a pair that is right for your training..0 -

2. I have been known to sit around in my workout gear until 8 or 9pm even, then I make myself get up and get it done

1. If you are worried about your joints you can just walk
2. You can order ankle weights and wrist weights to make it more effective if that's why you are thinking about running
3. Walking is often underestimated as a weight loss tool
