tighting baby fat tummy..

what would you say would be the best exercise to get tighting tummy up? Got lots of baby fat and it's getting me down... try workout dvds but it's just not my thing,

For me, I ate at calorie goal until my body released the fat in that area, and then did jogging and push ups for exercise0

I use an app called Six Pack from Runtastic. It's a great way to get 10-15 minutes of ab exercises into your busy day. You won't lose all of your baby tummy by exercising though, is my experience. Overall weight loss is key. Which frequently means dieting.0

If you have fat to lose you have to lose it through eating at deficit. You can't tighten up fat. Exercise for health. Lift weights to develop firm muscles once the fat is gone.0

Fat is lost through a consistent caloric deficit.
Loose skin is tightened overtime as long as you don't continuously stretch it back out and gym it time to regain its elasticity.
You do not need a special diet or exercises to get rid of your belly. Just a consistent caloric deficit but a progressive lifting program never hurts0 -
