I think I have tried every diet on the market and some not. I have tried Weight Watchers but it is so expensive. So I thought I would try this and see how I do. It says I should do 1200 calories a day. I get some extra for walking. So this my question do you use the extra points or not. I would like to make this work.

Hello, I've been lurking around and the 1200 calories restrictions is a bit of a taboo thing here. Most people here just get frustrated trying to meet that goal. But your results may vary. The consensus is you're supposed to eat back a portion of the exercise calories between 30%-50%. The app even throws out warnings if you severely under eat.0
