    I cut it out a while back for a few months, (was bored with it), and had no problem at all eliminating it. I just upped my black tea consumption to keep my caffeine levels the same.

    I don't love diet coke, but sometimes that's the only diet soda option at a restaurant.

    My fav is diet dr pepper and any kind of zevia.

    Coke Zero. Frequently at least one a day. Tastes sweet enough for me (and I use to drink multiple cans of real coke a day). Now, despite the fact they've dropped the amount of sugar, the real stuff is just too sweet.

    My mom always gave us ginger ale. I still like it for an upset stomach, though the diet version.

    I like any diet soda, but my first choice If it's available is diet Dr Pepper, if not Diet Coke. Last choice is Diet Pepsi.

    I was told diet soda was bad for you (number one reason was aspartame and sorry, I agree.. if its man made and not nature grown, I firmly believe its poison..but still going to drink it on occasions cause water gets old fast!)..
    But the other reason I heard its bad for you is that it can make you gain weight..

    Does anyone know if this is true? Has anyone been losing without issue drinking diet sodas?? Cause that would suck if I had to give up everything I liked..even supposed 0 calorie items. :cry:

    I drink Diet Coke like it's my job. I don't think I'll ever give it up, or my coffee!

    Pfft.. Rum gives me migraines. One shot of it makes me sick. Disaronno all the way baby. In fact.. had disaronno and diet coke for a snack today.. :mrgreen: Just 2 shots though. :frowning:
