Thank you sharing. I watched something on you tube ("low carb explained") so it would be interesting to see what this one says.0

I'm firmly #TeamCarbs. I don't object to people cutting them if it makes them feel better or makes their own weightloss more sustainable, but there will be no demonizing carbs on my watch.5

EAT ALL OF THE CARBS.5

Don't cut carbs it makes your immune system
Weaker periods messed up memory loss exhustion hairloss
I've done it a few times always ended up yoyoing
You can lose weight earring carbs I lost 71lbs in 2012 and didn't watch my macros 100%1 -
I like carbs and I intend to go right on eating them. I'm not a fan of diets that cut out foods that people enjoy and it is perfectly possible for people to lose weight while eating carbs.3

Here's Kevin Halls bio on NIH. He's one of the top researchers in the field. Definitely someone to listen to when it comes to healthy eating and weight management.0 -

He addresses that in the podcast. Taubes actually apologized to Hall for some of his comments.1 -

I always like the Sigma Nutrition podcasts when I listen, and will have to remember to listen to this one (run planned tonight, which is always a good opportunity!).1

Just listened to this.. And man that is some really good stuff. I think some of the content will go against a lot of what people conventionally think.2
