New at low carb eating

My name is Deb and I am trying so hard to watch my carbs because I am a diabetic and also need to lose 40# and I need to know what good to eat and also food to stay away from. I appreciate all the help I can get.

Hi Deb I'm Cindy and was recently diagnosed with diabetes. I need to loose 100#, I'll post any new foods i find.0

You pretty much want to stay away from processed foods, go easy on the fruit, and enjoy mostly meats, veggies, and eggs.0
