How is your appetite after exercise

I don't have an appetite after working out. I walked this morning and all day I don't feel hungry. I am ensuring I eat 1200. Anyone else feel the same?

For me, it depends on the workout. Steady state cardio tends to kill my appetite, but interval-based cardio and lifting makes me extremely hungry.2

I'm usually hungry an hour or two after any workout.
A walk wouldn't likely have any impact on my hunger either way.
I can be ravenous right after and for the rest of the day and into the next after sprint intervals.0 -
If I do an LSD (long, steady distance, eg as much time as possible in Z2 aka "the fat burning zone") ride it tends to suppress my appetite. If I do hill repeats, I'll be famished all through the next day.0

Exercise typically kills my appetite for about an hour and then I get hungry, especially after lifting when I'm ravenous an hour later.0

Dead. I can't eat right after working out. I always have to wait a little bit to feel hungry, but when I do feel hungry it is time. To. Eat.
And if I ignore this hunger . . . well I can always start over tomorrow.0 -
I can't eat right after I work out but about 2 hours later I'm completely ravenous! Seriously, I can't seem to get full.0

A walk wouldn't affect my appetite... I do get rungry though!0

Yeah it seems like a delayed response. After a run I'm good for a couple hours.

Thanks for the insight. Maybe I'll up my game. I started out a month ago, barely able to walk 2km without being out of breath. Iv increased my distance and speed. Up to almost 7km walk. Iv done a slight bit of jogging, but with two dogs it can be stop start or being dragged to the nearest tree. I'll keep monitoring it. Thank you
