Take a container of fat free cottage cheese and place in a food processor and process and smooth about 2 minutets.
Add a pack of ranch dressing mix and process until blended.

serving size
1/2 cup
calories 80
protein 14g
sugar 4g
sodium 390mg

It is so good and you will never know its not sour cream, i have served it at parties and know one new!

I also add fat free buttermilk to it and have ranch dressing.

This sounds great with Greek yogurt, as well, but it would probably need to be thinned down a bit? What did you use?

My grandmother used to make cottage cheese dip w/a packet of ranch, but not blended. It's my favorite. :-)

I made this yesterday. I think next time I will add some buttermilk, fat free of course... its really good but tastes more like a peppercorn ranch, which I LOVE so its not bad. I wonder if I add buttermilk if it will taste more like ranch. In any case I will devour it. So yummy. It was my dinner with some baked chicken breast
