    Bolognaise to have on spaghetti (or on courgetti to be healthier), Cottage Pie, beef kheema and chilli would be my starting points. I make all of these in bulk and freeze as individual portions.

    Burger dogs...flatten out hb patty...put cream cheese and cheddar cheese inside...roll up and grill! super yum and low carb! put it on a hotdog bun if carbs don't matter

    Ingredients
    2 pounds ground beef
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 pound bacon cooked and chopped
    8 eggs
    1 cup heavy cream
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
    12 ounces grated cheddar cheese
    Brown ground beef with garlic powder.
    Drain excess grease, then spread beef on bottom of 9x13-inch casserole pan.
    Stir bacon pieces into cooked beef.
    In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, , heavy cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
    Stir 8 ounces grated cheese into egg mixture.
    Pour egg mixture over beef and bacon.
    Top with remaining 4 ounces of grated cheese.
    Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top.

    Meatballs and gravy (crockpot meal). Season meat with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Make into about 2 inch meatballs. Place in crockpot. In separate bowl, mix one can of beef broth, one can of cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic, one packet of lipton onion and mushroom soup and little salt and pepper (can add a little flour to thicken). Pour over the meatballs and cook on low for about 7 hours. You can throw in veggies like carrots or a can of sliced mushrooms. Eat the gravy over mashed potatoes or rice.

    Definitely bookmarking this thread! I also have a freezer full of lean grass-fed beef with another 1/2 (maybe 1/4 this time) coming in the fall, so need to really use up a lot before then. I'll be trying many of these posted recipes.

    My grandmother always made something she just called "hot dish". It's basically a goulash (clean out the refrigerator) casserole. It was different every time, but I still remember always delicious. I rarely use recipes, so the amounts are just use your best judgment. You can make this in about 15 minutes or less.

    The basics:
    Ground beef, browned
    Canned tomatoes, tomato sauce or a jar of pasta sauce
    Whatever veggies you have on hand (fresh or frozen)
    Dried herb seasonings (like oregano, basil, thyme)
    Garlic powder
    Cooked noodles or rice

    Cook the noodles or rice same time you're browning the beef. If I'm using fresh veggies (onions, zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, broccoli) I just cook in the same pan as the beef. Throw everything else together and call the family for dinner.

    I add hot sauce to mine and grated cheese for the husband. I've recently been using some amazing gluten-free red lentil penne pasta, so upping the fiber quotient.

    I use ground beef in Jalfrezi sauce and add lots of veggies.
    We also do a version of nachos that uses Sami's Chia chips instead of regular chips with lots of beans, onions, tomatoes, pepper and a little 2% sour cream.
    My 1/2 cow is coming the end of May. Grassfed. Yum.

    We like this recipe:

    Heat 2tsp oil in skillet, cook 1 medium onion (sliced) and 2 medium carrots (sliced) over medium heat for 5 min

    Crumble in 1lb ground beef. Increase heat to med-high and cook 5min. Stir in 2tsp cinnamon, 1tsp ginger, 1tsp cumin, 1/4tsp salt and 1/4tsp pepper. Cook 1 min

    Add 1 cup beef broth, 1can chickpeas, 1/2c golden raisins, 1/2c dried apricots (chopped). Cover and simmer for 5 min

    Meanwhile prepare couscous according to package directions. Spoon into platter and add beef mixture. Too with fresh cilantro and serve.
