    I recently recommended the sigma nutrition podcast with him--there are multiple ones, I think, I recommended the most recent one specifically.

    I'm a longtime fan of the Fitcast. Haven't tried any of the others, but maybe I will. Podcasts are my running and commuting go-tos, although not only fitness ones.

    The FitCast is how I learned about Precision Nutrition.
