Depends on starting weight.0

What they said ^ Ideally you keep your weight loss to roughly 1% of your overall weight per week, but it will also ultimately depend on how large of a caloric deficit you create on a day-to-day basis throughout those 2 months.0

I actually just looked at mine the other day. I weigh myself every 1st of the month. These were my results:
January 1st - 151.8 lbs
March 1st - 144.1 lbs
7.7 lb loss

4-16 pounds, depending on starting weight. The less you have to lose, the closer to the 4 you'll be.1
