    1. I have never tried Chubby Hubby.
    2. I just finished an hour long workout and hated every minute.
    3. "100lbs by July 15" in my head over and over is what kept me going.

    1. It is soooooooo good!
    2. Ugh, was it cardio for an hour? I hate 5 min of cardio.
    3. You can do it!

    1. I love peanut butter pretzels, so I bet it's yummy.
    2. It was an hour of cardio, and felt like a year.
    3. Thank you, I need all the confidence boosting I can get lately because I'm at the stage of long term weight loss where I've come so far (62 pounds gone!) but have so far left to go (99 pounds to goal) that it seems never ending and impossible.

    1. It really is delicious.
    2. Oh yikes, you are better than me. I can barely make it 30 min on treadmill without dying of boredom. Even with a good movie or tv show playing in front of me.
    3. Slow and steady wins the race. Don't try to lose too fast. You will get there, we are all here cheering you on.

    1. I had an ice cream sandwich... It was not as good as Ben & Jerry's.
    2. I am so proud of myself for getting to the point where I can get through a full hour of cardio without feeling like I'm going to die because when I started I was barely able to do 30 mins... I just hate doing it sometimes.
    3. I need all the cheering I can get! I really want to get to 100 pounds gone before my vacation (just under 2lb/week), and then I plan on setting the loss rate to 1.5lb/week.

    1. ice cream sandwiches are yummy. One is never enough.
    2. an hour is great! Do you do any weight training? I highly recommend it.
    3. Just remember that the closer you get to your goal, the slower the weight comes off. Don't get discouraged and keep going.

    1. There is never enough ice cream.
    2. I used to do strength training, but I currently don't have access to gym and don't want to misuse the weight bench/bars/plates I picked up at a yardsale for $30 and hurt myself. I do some body weight exercises, though.
    3. I am okay with the weight coming off slowly, as long as it comes off! I know you're supposed to slow it to 1.5lb/week at 75 pounds to lose, but my goal is the very top of healthy BMI range, so I think switching at 60lbs to go will be okay... Though I may switch sooner if I feel super hangry at the 2lb/week level.

    1. This is too true lol I could eat a whole box of ice cream sandwiches
    2. weight training helps me way more than cardio. You could use a DVD or YouTube to learn good form. You really don't need much equipment. Just some dumbbells and maybe a bar. That's all I use here at home.
    3. Can't hurt to try it, if you're too hungry just add some calories.

    1. I have a bench, several bars and plates, and multiple sets of dumbbells. ($30! At a yard sale!)
    2. I am looking to get a couple kettle bells, too.
    3. Youtube has everything, I will start looking for videos... Maybe adding more strength training will give me the kick in the pants I need to keep going.
