    Hello! i'm from hertfordshire. originally from london. i'm looking for uk friends too! i'm a mum to 2. A 3 year old boy and a 6 month old girl. life has been a bit busy but i MUST lose baby weight plus more!!

    Hi there, I am from Herefordshire UK, been here one week and one day. Day one of my healthy eating started three weeks ago, 11lbs lighter now. Keeping track of all my calories and exercise here is really helping to keep me motivated. Reading posts from others makes me realise what a great number of us struggle with our weight.

    My biggest problem is binge days, when I start to eat to high sugar/ fat foods and then I just cant stop. Add to this at 57 my exercise routines have slowed down some what. Am hoping that regular swimming will sort that out, it is kinder on my creaky knees lol.

    Good luck to everyone here, lets support one another always to banishes the bulges

    Hampshire England and nice Irish Gaelic name you have .(sometimes also see that as Roisin pronounced Rawsheen or Rowsheen)
