Have you recently been, severely sick with; even the flu? If so you might've developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) as I had, ask your doctor if; this could be it.0

Iv got 3 kids who are 2 and 1 and eldest 8 but she is easy: other two knacker me out and I'm single mum for 10 months. I suffered SPD and anaemia during pregnancy but they said I'm fine now. Me and kids are always ill lol but Iv managed to shake off last cold. I'm just so tired all the time I fall asleep driving it's mad!!!0

How well do the kids sleep? If you're not getting a solid 7-9 hours at night, then that's all the explanation you need as to why you are sleepy during the day.
Edit: and if you're falling asleep when driving, please stop driving until you get this under control!0 -
Other thing if you are not sleep deprived that can make you lethargic is sugar, you could try cutting it down as an experiment, gradually, see if that makes a difference0

I'm a single mom with 6 kids and I've never been so tired that I fell asleep driving. This seems like a huge red flag to me. You should pursue a sleep study to rule out sleep apnea.0

Can't see your diary, so this is purely speculation. You said you are fatigued after eating and exercising. I was also, until I starting eating more carbs. I realized I was likely burning through my glycogen stores and not replacing them thinking "carbs are evil, I need more protein", but it wasn't the case and both are good for you. So maybe try to up your intake of carbs? I know I know I am not a huge fan of carbs when it's weight loss I'm after. But that being said, if you are limiting them it could be a factor. I unsuccessfully tried to cut them down but my fitness suffered and it wasn't worth it to me for weight loss. I can still lose eating carbs!1

Agreed on getting a second opinion to make sure nothing is medically happening. Also, low carb dieting was NOT for me when I tried because it made me so fatigued, if that's a thing. I did begin finaflex stimul8 preworkout this week and my stamina through the workout has increased substantially. I was not extremely tired before though, so not sure if It would be helpful in your situation. Good luck!0
