I am a new starter when it comes to changing life style and loosing weight. I just can not seem to find the motivation to work out, I do a spinning class once a week for 45 minutes and a lot of walking but I don't feel it's benefiting me but I'm struggling to get myself to go on a run or get myself to the gym! And also I'm struggling keeping a diet plan as I just end up binging because the food I eat isn't very filling and I'm a very fussy eater

Please can someone give some tips and advice about staying motivated and keeping to a fussy eaters diet plan without binging later on in the day

Start small, make a few good choices, and don't worry about making a full 180 all on day one. Long-term progress and good changes happen slowly.

Diets don't have to be restrictive. Eat what you want, but log calories carefully and accurately, and stick to a moderate deficit. Many of us follow that exact approach and are losing weight consistently.

Eat the same food you normally eat & like, just less of it. You don't have to eat food you hate to lose weight.
Can you add a second spin class, since you like it?
