Air Force bound, need to lose 5lbs before BMT. Motivation and support welcome!

I'm signing up for the Air Force, but I need to lose 5 more pounds. I have a hard time saying no certain foods and sure could use some help staying on track. Anyone else military, or just willing to be a support buddy?

    I've been out for awhile now, but my husband is still Active. Good luck! The Air Force can be super picky, so if that route doesn't work definitely check out one of the other branches if serving is something you really want to do. :)

    Definitely work on your running, push-ups, and sit ups. Makes it so much easier to be able to already pass a PT test before you start training.

    Thank you! I'm struggling on the push ups. I've been doing the sissy push ups trying to strengthen my arms so I can do a regular push up. The first day I started jogging though, I thought I would die
